Our Own Plantations as Roots
Our beginnings and connections are made through our own plantations in Kerala. The monsoon rains and rich earth of the Western Ghats are the proper environments for spices such as cardamom, turmeric, dry ginger, and black pepper. Our own family has been growing these staples through organic agriculture practices for generations, honoring the land and its natural rhythms publicly and privately. We are still guided today by what were called our Natural Premium Indian Spices.
From Growing to Preparing
Initially, our brand was only being sold through local retailers; however, we quickly realized that consumers all over India were searching for truly authentic, farm-direct Natural Premium Indian Spices, and to maintain the highest quality, DGFresh Spices branched off to grading, processing and packaging, all under careful watch. We spent money on hand sorting , thoroughly washing, and curing which all represent traditional practices, allowing us to ensure that the cardamom remained green, pepper retained its pungency, turmeric stayed in a high curcumin state, DGFresh Spices is widely acknowledged for it freshness and purity by these efforts.
